We would be happy to recommend the place. Overall, it's superb base for exploring Christchurch attractions. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

It takes 20 mins to get to a bus station. It was near to Lake Albert. We were provided with a free Wi Fi. We was there during the previous trips and would still consider staying here again...
